By checking out customized power glasses, you certify that you have supplied genuine, valid, and current prescription details issued by a certified ophthalmic professional. New Optic Corner is not liable for vision discomfort caused by inaccurate values inputted during checkout.
2. Order Placement & Chat Agreement
All direct purchases are arranged through secure WhatsApp / Viber communications. An order is finalized only when payment terms and delivery dispatch locations are validated and confirmed explicitly by our sales coordinators.
3. Promotions & Discounts
Our Buy 2 Get 1 Free Sunglasses promotion applies automatically to non-prescription sunglasses currently in stock. Free promotional items cannot be custom-fit with corrective power lenses unless separate lens custom manufacturing fee options are formally accepted.
4. Limitation of Liability
New Optic Corner and its management, including owner Abdullah Muslim, shall not be held liable for any indirect, subsequent, or incidental physical damages arising from improper frame usage, extreme sport wear breakage, or outdated medical lens parameters.
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the prevailing consumer protection and medical retail laws of Kathmandu, Nepal.
