Returns and Exchanges

At New Optic Corner, our main priority is that you see perfectly. We stand firmly behind the durability of our premium optical frames and prescription accuracy.

1. Customized Prescription Lenses

Corrective power lenses are custom manufactured to fit your unique medical prescription coordinates. Consequently, we cannot offer cash refunds on prescription lenses. However, if there is an accuracy error on our laboratory's part, we will swap and fit the corrective lenses with a correct new pair completely for free!

2. Non-Prescription Frames & Sunglasses

If your selected sunglasses or standard non-customized frames do not fit comfortably on your face, you may request an exchange for another shape or model within 7 days of delivery. The item must remain unworn, unscratched, and in its original retail pouch and packaging.

3. Repair & Adjustment Services

Did you loose a micro-screw or bend an arm temple on your glasses? Bring them to our laboratory partnership shops in Kathmandu or mail them to us. We undertake micro-hinge replacements, nose pad refittings, and loose lens corrections.
